1st PATA Chapter Development Seminar

PATA, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, will hold the PATA Chapter Development Seminar on 28 June 2011 at 08:30-12:30 hrs. at the Ministry of Tourism in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.


All Cambodian Touirsm Stakeholders are welcome to join the seminar on comlimentary basis.


The seminar will be conduscted by Mr Bert van Walbeek, PATA Board Member and a Chairman of PATA Thailand Chapter. Mr van Walbeek has been in the tourism industry for 45 years as a hotelier, marketer, motivator, lecturer and crisis management expert.


The seminar will have various modules that will discuss the following:

Module 1 – Cambodia, PATA and International Tourism

Module 2 – The roles of PATA and its Chapters

Module 3 – Group Brainstorm: What objective could a PATA Chapter in our destination have?

Module 4 – Group Brainstorm: Feedback on suggested objectives for the PATA Cambodia Chapter

Module 5 – PATA and the Future


The seminar will be concluded with a complementary buffet lunch at T & C Monivong.
