THAI Modernises Processes with Amadeus Altéa Suite

Thai Airways International (THAI) announced that they will revolutionise their passenger service system by using the Amadeus Altéa Customer Management Solution. The Amadeus Altéa Suite will help THAI manage their domestic and international reservations, inventory and departure control processes.

 

THAI President Piyasvasti Amranand was quoted in eTravel Blackboard Asia as having said that THAI will use Amadeus’ advanced technology platform to drive a new standard of efficiency, profitability, and seamless customer experience. Amranand added that the Amadeus Altéa Suite will assist THAI in maximizing their customer travel experience.

 

The contract signing was celebrated with a ceremony at the Conrad Hotel in Bangkok. It was attended by THAI President, Piyasvasti Amranand, and Amadeus President of Asia Pacific, David Brett.
