Emirates Adds Flights to Japan

Starting November 1 this year, Emirates will operate two extra flights a week between Dubai and Narita International Airport in Japan.

Emirates’ Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, Far East & Australasia, Richard Jewsbury, was quoted in AsiaTravelTips.com as having said that Japan is a vital market for Emirates and being able to increase the flights to a daily operation is a great testament to the partnership which has existed since they began operations to Japan, through Osaka, nine years ago. Jewsbury added that Emirates has been committed to helping Japan through this period of recovery and they appreciate that the Japanese authorities have recognised this commitment and allowed the airline to operate this daily service.

Emirates will use a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in these daily flights. It will depart Dubai at 2:50 am and arrive at Narita International Airport at 5:35 pm the same day. The return flight will depart Narita at 10:00 pm and will arrive in Dubai at 3:50 am the following day.
